Our administration services are customized to the individual needs of each client.  A team will be fully dedicated to your program and will  provide comprehensive support from award selection to the delivery process.  

Custom Literature

From the custom designed “certificate holder/folder” designed for Bob Evans Farms to the custom 4-color printed brochure created for use with the Owens Illinois program, our niche is in the recognition of our customer’s needs and in providing cost effective solutions to meet those needs.   All literature is printed in our St. Charles facility.

Internet Support Services

Award Concepts Inc. will develop and maintain an on-line recognition site for your associates to select and order their recognition award.  Award Concepts Inc. uses a secure, password-protected system that takes users directly to only the information pertinent to their level of award.   Additionally, we will provide a detailed report that allows your administrative personnel to review the order status of their associates

Fulfillment Services

Award Concepts has developed a system of forecasting that has given us the ability to successfully anticipate our customer’s needs and demands. From date of order placement to delivery, our lead-time turn-around on orders has consistently pleased company program administrators and award recipients. We strive to surprise by exceeding customer expectations.

Our services include personalization.  Logo emblems permanently affixed to gifts, engraving of watches and commemorative plates, and color screening or embroidery of products are some of the personalization options offered.  In addition, we offer gift-wrapping to put the finishing touch on the product.  We take great care in over-boxing for parcel service shipment.  Our shipping department is instructed to make liberal use of packing materials…these are small costs for us to incur to insure your satisfaction. 

Award Concepts is very flexible to your needs and will perform break-out shipments to individual locations / residences or bulk shipment of an order to a single location for your distribution and presentation. Verification of shipment tracking numbers is a standard service available to our customers.  In addition, for clients who are located within 3 hours traveling distance of St Charles, Illinois, we can provide delivery by company van and assist in set-up for award presentation functions.
