Award Concepts Inc.  develops and maintains an on-line recognition site for clients per request where associates could access and use the on-line order forms for ordering service recognition awards. Additionally, we can provide an on-line order information report that allows client’s administrative personnel to review the order status of associate’s award orders. Included in our literature pieces are instructions on how to access and navigate the on-line order forms and catalog sites. We have the ability to add links to sites outside the Service Award sites.

Award Concepts Inc. uses a secure, password-protected system that takes users directly to only the information pertinent to their level of award.

We offer three levels of access to our order catalogs. The first level is the “individual rights” level and this is what is assigned to the award recipient. It only allows access to a specific page in the catalog and allows actual orders to be placed. The second level is the “global rights” level and this is provided to program administrators as it allows access to view all of the pages in an order catalog. The “global rights” level does not allow for orders to be placed. The third level is an “administration rights” level and is provided to program administrators allowing access to the “Employee Status Report” where they can research information on individual employee’s orders.
