Award Concepts Inc. offers program administrators on-line review of the status of their associates’ award orders. Through the on-line “Employee Status Report” administrators can verify that associates literature has been distributed, if the associate has ordered their award, when they ordered the award, what award did they order, if the award has shipped, when it shipped and the UPS tracking number. The UPS tracking number is a “hot-link” to UPS allowing the administrator to view additional information regarding the shipment and delivery of the award.
