All literature is printed on demand at our facility.  As we are informed of changes by our customers or our vendors we accordingly make the changes in the elements of the program these changes effect. At a minimum we meet on an annual basis to review the past years ordering history to identify unpopular items and discuss potential items to switch into the program. When situations arise where an item is discontinued and we have orders in-house we personally contact the associates involved identifying what the new substitution item is and give them the choice to order the new item or re-select from the other offerings. There are no costs for updating literature.

From the custom designed “certificate holder/folder” designed for Bob Evans Farms to the custom 4-color printed brochure created for use with the Owens Illinois program. Our “niche” is in the recognition of our customer’s needs and cost effective solutions to those needs. In all of the samples provided we have been able to provide our customers more value at a lower cost than their previous supplier. This in turn has resulted in higher satisfaction ratings by administrators and associates of their recognition program.
