Customer Service support is provided to recipients through the program literature and internet information on how to contact your Customer Service Representatives via 800 phone numbers, fax, and email addresses.  There are customer service representatives that are specifically assigned to the program and these representatives are trained and empowered to make decisions regarding potential recipient questions and concerns.  Recipients talk to actual people and not a computer ordering/customer service directory.
