I like the idea of using social media and the tools/websites that currently exist and leveraging them with what we as service award providers do. Great idea. I think this is an excellent guide for managers and their employees to follow in order to recognize employees on Facebook.
Social Media is so important to incorporating a culture of recognition. It’s a great way to broadcast employee’s name in lights!
