Our operation today is the culmination of the dreams of Gordon Campbell and Bob LaFrenier when they founded Award Concepts based on the mission to provide high quality products and services at a fair market price.  Their vision then, is the same as it is today: to provide turn-key recognition programs and to offer superior customer service to companies nationwide.   

Under Gordon and Bob's leadership, the St. Charles facility has been completely renovated and now boasts the latest technologies using lasers, computer aided design and manufacturing, lost wax casting advancements, mass finishing, and the most up-to-date plating laboratory in the industry.
